2. Free in-home technical assessment

A Hands Care representative visits the home, assesses the level of dependence, health status, and home environment, and presents a personalized care plan at no cost and with no obligation.

3. A personalized care plan

Together, we’ll determine the most appropriate model (a full-time caregiver or a rotating shift team) as well as the necessary services. The plan can be adjusted at any time to reflect changes in your family member’s health.

4. Ongoing care and close monitoring

We guarantee our presence at all times, with regular follow-ups and close contact with the family, so that any changes can be reported promptly.
